While we deliver all our programs on an online platform, our aim is to create a community, building relationships that enable our students to relate with each other in-person too. We do this using two paths: By creating Homebased Online Groups in our Coach Guided workshops and holding 1 or 2 day In-person Quarterly Events.

All workshops are conducted online under the guidance of a Crown Coach. The minimum student sign up group is 4 students for the specific age category. Each student in the group has a personal dashboard that enables parents to see progress, interact with the Coach, upload Attribute Journals and ask questions.
We desire to build relationship in our programs. For this reason, we call for parents to include friends, neighbors, schoolmates and/or extended family to form the minimum group of 4 PER age group. Groups can be formed to a maximum of 9.
The age categories are: 6 & 7, 8 – 10, 11 – 13, 14-18 years.
This means that, if you have a 7-Year-old and a 9-Year-old they are in separate workshops and would need 3 additional students in their age category to form the group of four.
Additionally, it is pivotal in our program that students are working with other students outside of their family. We anticipate that in the forming of these groups, at least TWO students who are not siblings are included for the larger families. More or this is detailed during enrollment.

(In-Person Quarterly Event)

A 1/2-day attribute themed workshop style event. These Workshops are physically held to enable our students and new ones to interact with larger groups. In these events, our Crown Champions are invited to share and mentor our students.
These events are structured in a way that enables new and existing students to attend.
The event workshops are planned for over 50 and up to 500 students. These larger workshops are formed in collaboration with parents, schools and community groups that have signed up for homebased online workshops.
All students get to meet a role model that is living out one of the 5 attributes of the Crown. Each event is themed around one or two of the Crown attributes and a Champion for each attribute is invited to coach the students at the event .
These events can be conducted in any location as the homebased online groups grow in a specific location.

Online Student Dashboard
Each student has a personal dashboard that enables them to see their progress, upload projects, recordings and ask questions. Parents also get to see progress and interact with the Coach. Once a student signs up, login details to our chosen LMS (Learning Management System) are shared.

Coach-Student Time
Students have an online account that enables coaches to have dedicated time to address any challenges in addition to the allocated workshop time. These additional video calls are set for once a week and are based on each students need.

Coach-Parent Time
Parents have a different dashboard that allows them to see progress tracking periodically. On the parent view dashboard, parents can ask questions to support coaching. Calls are optional and are scheduled for once a month.

We have independently appointed Youth Counselors and Child Therapists that tackle issues that are deeper and need dedicated psychological attention. This is NOT offered as part of our program but as separate direct arrangement with our consultants, only on a need basis.
