- Understand your child’s other commitments and activities that he/she participates in. This will guide us in leveraging our programs to help in these other activities. The discovery of special abilities in our students is a big part of our programs.
- Establish whether our programs are suitable for you at a specific period. While our programs are suitable for every child between 6-18 years, they may not be the right solution for psychological challenges. For these kinds of situations, we will engage our Consulting Child Therapist or Biblical Counselors who will provide their individual assessments and solutions as people who we collaborate with but work independently from us.

It is for this very question that all programs have been designed to be experiential. People learn best when they are actively thinking about the material they are engaging with; where there are words, pictures, stories, music and more presented together to help each student develop a memory strategy. The best learning experiences are those that involve multiple different ways of understanding the same thing. This then gives us a good chance of achieving content retention and for our programs to be deeply impactful.
We also have a Reset Program. This is because we anticipate students are likely to have different life experiences as years go by and that our level of influence may be limited by other contributing environments. This means that a student who takes the program at age 7 yrs could use the Reset Program after a couple of years. The Reset Program requires less time and resources for the parent/guardian. It is easy to plug into and takes 10 – 12 weeks. We will also have periodic 1-day workshops throughout the year to keep in touch with our students.

The Crown Programs have 5 evaluation tools that parents/guardians can use to measure growth in the 5 attributes. We also issue reports after the completion of each level in the Crown Bearer Program (Explorer, Refiner and Bearer) and the Extension Programs (Learners, Creators and Reset). A parent will be easily able to measure progress using these tools.

Education is primarily about giving information or introducing knowledge and skills about specific topics. This often is what educational institutions allocate their time to. Character or Confidence development is often done resultingly through various activities.
Our primary focus is Confidence & Character development so that we can safeguard the God-given potential of a child. While our programs also consist of teaching – passing on knowledge, our style of delivery (coaching) is vastly different from formal education . We recognize that students are incredibly good at memorizing knowledge and may have knowledge about how important it is to have good character and to be confident. However, as an adult how many times have you read an awesome book and said, “I will make a change NOW”, and after three days, you have lost that motivation?
Our programs employ more than conventional teaching. We attempt to give our students the knowledge of what they need to do and the tools that help to develop the 5 attributes of the Crown.

We will require that you sign a simple one paged commitment contract to be consistent in attending all the workshops and to participate in one of our key progress measuring tools. With the young ones, time commitment always affects results and is the only way we can deliver our specific commitments to you. The agreement also sets out the terms and conditions for a successful delivery of the Crown Programs.

We provide one makeup session per level. Further to that, the student may need to repeat some sessions depending on how long the break was taken for. We do not provide private sessions because this is a group program. This means that for the workshop the student misses, they may need to wait for the next cohort of students or an available cohort in their age group to makeup. If many workshops are missed, this may affect the graduation time of the student across each level. This is usually exceedingly difficult to manage as it often makes the student feel frustrated in the long run. We encourage parents to keep up with attendance when it is not an emergency.

- Our primary goal is stewardship and in the long run, purpose discovery for every student who enrolls in our programs. We do this by developing the 5 attributes of the Crown which grow and develop Confidence & Character. This two aspects if not developed can attempt to derail and distract the path to purpose discovery. .
- Because we are all different, our lesson plans deliver material using multimodal approaches to enable students to form their own memory strategy.
- We include the Bible in our lesson plans because at Crown Bearer, we believe that our internal world is reflected to the world around us. The Bible is the best anchor to an internally healthy individual. We also believe, success is when you discover your life’s purpose. Yet purpose can never be separated from God the one who created us and His Word. This means that even as we provide training in our programs, we try to be very careful about what is our role and keep only within our clear lines of influence (the 5 Attributes). We allow parents to parent and let God to do His transformative work in all our students. Because God is the ultimate bearer of results!
- We prioritize discovering special abilities in our students as we conduct our programs. Each student has a special ability and a special purpose. This means that using the activities in our workshops, we aim to discover what students are good at and share this with their parents/guardians.

All students start at the Foundational Program (Inspiration Program) which is 8-12 weeks depending on age.
For the MAIN program Crown Bearer, students between age 8 – 18 years take 32 weeks to complete the program.
