This program is for any school going student between ages 8 years and under 18 Years.
It focuses heavily on mentorship and refers to some workshop themes of the Crown Bearer Program. Because of this, the Learners Program requires students who enroll to have completed Refiner (2nd) level of the Crown Bearer Program.
Material covered in this workshops are deeply interactive with mentors invited to conduct 50% of the workshops. This program also requires the Crown Coach to work with at least one elementary/high school teacher of a student. This enables us to feed information into our evaluation tools and progress markers.
We aspire to use the Learners Program to provide students with the tools to thrive in formal education:
- To delve deeper into using The Crown Attributes to support formal learning.
- To use caring mentors to give inspiration. (Mentors in various careers and students who fit a criteria to mentor others)
- To use the Crown Attributes (with its sub-attributes) to offer social support in school.
- To use projects and activities that help students with self-motivation and goal setting.
- To bring out the impact of skills sharing and exchange with students in the workshops and back at their respective schools.
- To create a platform for students to share and celebrate their growth with their mentors.

This program is designed for students between ages 8 years and under 18 years who are currently pursuing creative interests such as:
- Writing
- Artistic Creation
- Performing Arts
- Visual Arts
- Inventing (creating things that solve a problem)
This program is open to a wide category of students who have tapped into their special abilities and are actively pursuing creative interests. Even though we all have the capacity to create, the program is designed for this group of students and is more applicatory to them.

- Motivating students to only engage in purposeful creativity.
